each competitor must produce, together with the application form and the remaining documentation provided for in this announcement, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the valid certification certifying compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards, issued by the body accredited ACCREDIA or other body in mutual recognition, or self-certification of the legal representative, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the DPR n. 445/2000 and with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3 which certifies its possession. In case of expired ISO 9001: 2015 certification, the same must be presented, together with the renewal application having a date prior to the expiry of this announcement: admission will be subject to submission, within the deadline for submitting the offer, of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification currently valid or approved for the positive outcome of the Audit.

a) The procurement procedures referred to in this announcement have been authorized - pursuant to art. 32, co. 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - with determination to contract n. 896 R.U.A. on 27.08.2021.

b) Subcontracting is allowed within the limit and according to the criteria established by art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, considering that the specificity of the service may require, in particular circumstances, the intervention of the companies producing or distributing the equipment / equipment undergoing maintenance for the resolution of the technical problem.

c) The D.U.V.R.I. has not been drawn up due to the absence of interference risks.

d) The tender number attributed to this procedure by the A.N.AC. is: 8287421.

e) This call for tenders has been sent for publication in the Official Gazette. to the Publications Office of the European Union on 20.09.2021.

f) Pursuant to EC Regulation no. 593 of June 17, 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Italian law will be applied to the contractual obligations deriving from this tender.

g) The sole person in charge of the procedure is the pro-tempore Head of the Single Contractual Center of the General Command of the Carabinieri.

h) Execution Directors of the implementation contracts are: for lot 1, the pro-tempore Director of the Presidential Infirmary of the Health Service of the Autonomous Department, for lots 2 and 3, the pro-tempore Director of the Multi-Specialist Center.
