Hankinnan kohteena on hankintayksikön (Taiteen edistämiskeskus, jäljempänä myös "Taike") tarpeisiin soveltuvat striimauspalvelut ja niihin liittyvät lisäpalvelut. Striimauspalveluiden tarve on jaettu maantieteellisesti kolmeen (3) alueeseen.
Hankintayksikkö järjestää vuosittain ympäri Suomen tilaisuuksia, seminaareja ja muita tapahtumia, joita on enenevissä määrin striimattu.

Puitejärjestelyn ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (ilman arvonlisäveroa) on 306 000 euroa.
