I fastigheterna finns idag de vanligast förekommande fabrikaten på marknaden representerade, t. ex. Cylinda, Electrolux, Miele, Husqvarna, Bosch/Siemens, men även andra fabrikat kan förekomma.
I leverantörens uppdrag ingår att kunna reparera alla förekommande maskintyper och fabrikat samt att göra en bedömning om en befintlig vitvara/utrustning inte längre är ekonomiskt försvarbar att reparera och som behöver bytas ut.
Umeå kommun inkl. avropande prater har under 2020 köpt tjänster för löpande arbete (inkl. reservdelar) som efterfrågas inom detta område med ett belopp om cirka 650 000 SEK.
