Η προδικαστική προσφυγή κατατίθεται στον ηλεκτρονικό τόπο του διαγωνισμού ww.promitheus.gov.gr και κοινοποιείται με μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου στην ΑΕΠΠ. Η προθεσμία για την άσκηση της προδικαστικής προσφυγής είναι δέκα (10) ημέρες από την κοινοποίηση της προσβαλλόμενης πράξης στον ενδιαφερόμενο οικονομικό φορέα ή δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από την επομένη της συντέλεσης της προσβαλλόμενης παράλειψης. Ειδικά, για την άσκηση προσφυγής κατά προκήρυξης, η πλήρης γνώση αυτής τεκμαίρεται μετά την πάροδο 15 ημερών από τη δημοσίευση στο Κεντρικό Ηλεκτρονικό Μητρώο Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων (ΚΗΜΔΗΣ).
