Description of renewals:

De opdracht heeft een initiële looptijd van 1 jaar, te rekenen vanaf de datum vermeld bij de sluiting. Na het verstrijken van deze initiële looptijd wordt de opdracht automatisch tot maximaal 3 maal verlengd telkens met periodes van 1 jaar, op basis van artikel 57, tweede lid, van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten. De verlenging verloopt stilzwijgend, behoudens een andersluidend aangetekend schrijven van de leidend ambtenaar (van de aanbesteder) aan de opdrachtnemer uiterlijk drie (3) maanden vóór het verstrijken van de looptijd van de dan lopende opdracht.
