le présent marché prévoit notamment :
- De conserver le niveau de sécurité des équipements,
- De maintenir dans le temps les performances des équipements,
- L'entretien et le maintien en parfait état de fonctionnement des équipements (visites préventives systématiques et correctives effectives),
- D'assurer une qualité de service optimale aux utilisateurs,
- D'assurer la remise en état des matériels ou équipements,
- La rapidité d'intervention, la qualité de services - le dépannage 24:00/24 - 365 jours par an.
