Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Durchführung der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung des Leseförderprojekts "Lesen bringt uns weiter. Lesestart für Kinder mit Fluchterfahrung", das vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung finanziert und von der Stiftung Lesen durchgeführt wird. Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, Kindern mit Fluchterfahrung und ihren Eltern von ihrer Ankunft in Deutschland an, einen Zugang zur deutschen Sprache zu eröffnen und den Grundstein für eine gute Leseförderung und damit einen gelingenden Bildungsweg zu legen.
