Hankinta käsittää tilaajan asuinkiinteistöjen asunto- ja muita tiloja palvelevien tulo- ja poistoilmalaitteistojen ja -kanavien nuohouksen ja puhdistuksen. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy näistä töistä aiheutuvat tai niihin liittyvät työt ja toimenpiteet kuten ilmanvaihtokanavistojen ja -laitteistojen mekaaniset puhdistus- ja huoltokorjaustyöt sekä puhdistettujen ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien mittaus- ja säätötyöt.
Sopimuskausi on kaksi vuotta. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa tilaajan päätöksellä yhdellä vuodella (optio).
Hankinnasta tehdään puitesopimus kahden palveluntuottajan kanssa.

Hankinta käsittää tilaajan asuinkiinteistöjen asunto- ja muita tiloja palvelevien tulo- ja poistoilmalaitteistojen ja -kanavien nuohouksen ja puhdistuksen. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy näistä töistä aiheutuvat tai niihin liittyvät työt ja toimenpiteet kuten ilmanvaihtokanavistojen ja -laitteistojen mekaaniset puhdistus- ja huoltokorjaustyöt sekä puhdistettujen ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien mittaus- ja säätötyöt.
Sopimuskausi on kaksi vuotta. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa tilaajan päätöksellä yhdellä vuodella (optio).
Hankinnasta tehdään puitesopimus kahden palveluntuottajan kanssa.
