Concession (Regulation No 966/2012) for the operation of a restaurant accessible to the general public in the European Quarter in Brussels.
The European Parliament is looking for a concessionaire (renter-operator) for a period of 7 years with a view to opening in May 2019 (estimated date) and commercially exploit (at its own risks and benefits) a catering point in new and attractive premises, which houses the Parliament’s Training Hub, and which is open to the general public in the European Quarter of Brussels, on the ground floor of a building located on rue Montoyer.
