Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Um neue Durchführungen für Installationen TGA an den Stahlträgern der Galerie im EG ZG und 1.OG ZG ausführen zu können sind aus statischen Gründen die Bestandöffnungen in den Stahlträgern zuerst zu verschließen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung waren die Bestandsöffnungen nicht sichtbar, da die Träger mit KMF ummantelt waren. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
