II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Le présent marché porte sur la démolition d’un ancien dépôt de kérosène et l’assainissement d’une tache de pollution du sol et de l’eau souterraine au droit de ces installations.

Dans le cadre de l’assainissement de cet ancien dépôt de kérosène ayant appartenu à la Défense Nationale, un assainissement du sol et de l’eau par une technique in-situ de type sparging & SVE avec extraction d’air et traitement de l’air extrait au moyen de filtres à charbon actif doit être réalisé.

Le marché porte sur (cette liste ne donne qu’un aperçu global des travaux à exécuter et n’est nullement limitative) :

- la mise en « landside » de la zone d’intervention actuellement en zone d’accès restrictifs « airside » ;

- la mise en place de l’assainissement in-situ (lances d’injection, lances d’extraction, unité de contrôle et de traitement d’air, …) ;

- la gestion et l’entretien des équipements installés sur site durant toute la durée de l’assainissement ;

- en fin d’assainissement, la démobilisation des équipements installés ;

- la démolition et l’évacuation en centre autorisé des anciennes citernes, conduites et des bâtiments inexploités.
