Pirkėjui laiku neatlikus mokėjimo, kai sąskaita faktūra pateikta Bendrųjų Sutarties sąlygų 2.2.1 punkte nustatyta tvarka, Pardavėjas turi teisę reikalauti 0,04 procento dydžio delspinigių nuo laiku nesumokėtos sumos už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną.
