Interested companies are invited to express their interest in this procurement activity within 15 calendar days of the publication of this notice. The aim is to determine whether or not undertakings with the required characteristics can place vehicles by way of rental at the specified time periods. Expression of interest may be sent to the contact point in the form of a text (mail) called “rental of sleeping cars”. It shall list the vehicles available and shall include a statement as to the earliest date for the conclusion of the contract and the delivery date. On this basis, consultations will be held, where appropriate, with a view to determining whether and how to conduct a subsequent procurement procedure.
