Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die im 2. Quartal 2019 eingetretene Architekteninsolvenz und die festgestellten, umfangreichen Planungslücken verursachen umfassende Bauablaufstörungen, die sich in diversen Errichtergewerken auswirken. Seit der Gewinnung der neuen Architekten werden sukzessive, bis Ende des 1. Quartals 2020 Planungslücken geschlossen und Bauzeitenpläne zur Neuorganisation des Bauablaufs auf der Grundlage des übergebenen Meilensteinterminplans ausgearbeitet. Um in den geplanten Bauablauf zu münden bedarf es der verstärkten Unterstützung mit Personal und Material u. a. durch Fa. Kreutzpointner.
