Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Vor Inbetriebnahme der neu erstellten Entwässerung der Rampe auf der Westseite müssen die bereits 2017 erstellten Schmutzwasser-Grundleitungen in der Westtrasse gereinigt werden. Während der Bauphase wurde die Westtrasse nicht als fertige Baustrasse hergerichtet, sondern nur als provisorische Baustrasse ohne Oberbelag, sodass es hier aufgrund der Außenbedingungen zu vermehrtem Schmutzeintrag in die Schächte und Rohrleitungen gekommen ist. Diese Leistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich.
