Im Zuge der Sanierung Sammlungsbau wird die gesamte Sanitärtechnik erneuert. Das bestehende Entwässerungssystem wird hierbei vom Mischsystem in ein Trennsystem umgebaut. Für Ausstellungen wird Wasser für Demonstrationen aufbereitet. Eine Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt über die Heizung und als Vorwärmung durch die Abwärme einer neuen Drucklufterzeugung.

Die Arbeiten müssen mit Fremdgewerken koordiniert werden:

— Gusseisen Leitung einschl. Beschichtet bis DN 200, 2 075 m, davon beschichtet 370 m;

— Abwasser Stahl verzinkt bis DN 200, 1 880 m;

— Kondensatleitung aus Edelstahl bis DN 32, 495 m;

— Hebe anlagen, 20 St.;

— Trinkwasser Edelstahl bis DN 100, 3 200 m;

— enthärtetes Wasser Mehrschichtverbundrohr bis DN 32, 800 m;

— voll entsalztes Wasser Mehrschichtverbundrohr bis DN 32, 950 m;

— Druckluft Edelstahl bis DN 50, 2364 m;

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durch die Verlängerung der Bauzeit können die Leistungen der Betriebstechnik (Wartungsintensive Anlagen) nicht in zeitlichem Zusammenhang mit der Geamtabnahme in Betrieb genommen werden. Außerdem müssen die Anlagen teilweise vor der Gesamtabnahme bereits die Medienversorgung sicherstellen. Gemäß den Vergabeunterlagen stehen die Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahme/Übergabe an den Nutzer in direktem unmittelbaren zeitlichem Zusammenhang. Dies ist aktuell nicht mehr gegeben. Der Bauherr/Nutzer wünscht zudem einheitliche Gewährleistungsfristen und den Beginn der Gewährleistung mit der Gesamtabnahme bzw. Übergabe an den Nutzer.
