Das Auf- und Abbauen des Fluchtweges während der Aussenkanalarbeiten auf der Ostseite und die Baufeldberäumungen zur Ausführung der Kanalarbeiten sind zusätzlich erforderlich. Zudem sind Stand- und Wartezeiten aufgrund von Arbeiten anderer Gewerke entstanden. Diese Leistungen sind im Leistungsverzeichnis nicht enthalten. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
