Diese Leistung beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die nachfolgend aufgeführten betriebsfertigen Leistungen:

— Herstellung und den rückstandslosen Rückbau der 0,40 kV Baustromversorgung für nachfolgend aufgeführte Bauwerke des Deutschen Museums:

—— Sammlungsbau Westtrakt,

—— Sammlungsbau Südtrakt,

—— Luft- und Raumfahrt,

—— Östlicher Verbindungsbau zur Autohalle,

—— Westlicher Verbindungsbau zur Autohalle,

—— Hauptturm,

—— die Außenanlagen im Bereich der vorangeführten Bauwerke.

— Die Herstellung der Baustromversorgung erfolgt unter der Verwendung fabrikneuer Baustromkomponenten wie z. B. Baustromhauptverteiler, Baustrom-Steckdosenverteiler, und Baustrom Beleuchtungsverteiler,

— die Herstellung und den Rückbau der äußeren und inneren Baustellenbeleuchtung einschließlich der Flucht- und Rettungswegekennzeichnung mit Rettungszeichenleuchten,

— Erdarbeiten welche mit dem Rückbau und dem Neubau von Anlagen und Einrichtungen einhergehen – Fundamentierungsarbeiten für provisorische Beleuchtungsmasten,

— Betrieb, Inspektion, Instandhaltung und Störbehebung der gesamten Baustrom- und Baubeleuchtungsanlage,

— Erstellung von Werkstatt- und Montageplanunterlagen,

— Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationsunterlagen.

Umbau Bauwegebeleuchtung nach Angaben Berufsgenossenschaft.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Da im Ausstellungsbereich beginnend mit der Montage des Hohlbodens und des weiteren Ausbau die Wegebeleuchtung im Weg steht, wurde beschlossen, ein Klärungsgespräch mit der Berufsgenossenschaft stattfinden zu lassen. Bei der Besprechung wurde festgelegt, dass die Ausstellungsbereiche in den Bereichen 3. Obergeschoss bis zum Erdgeschoss als reine Arbeitsbereiche festgelegt werden. Das heißt, dass in diesem Bereich keine Wegebeleuchtung im Sinne der ASR benötigt wird. Es wurde festgelegt, dass in den Ausstellungsbereichen eine Wegebeleuchtung im Abstand von ca. 10 m an den neu montierten Trassen montiert werden soll. Über jedem Türportal zum Ausgang hin wird eine SBELLeuchte vorgesehen. Die Befestigung der Wegebeleuchtung wird an den Löwengängen direkt vorgenommen und wird den baulichen Gegebenheiten immer wieder angepasst werden müssen. ln den allgemeinen Bereichen 1.Untergeschoss und 2.Untergeschoss wird die Wegebeleuchtung ebenfalls ausgedüngt und angepasst.
