II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Kauf eines elektrisch betriebenen Fahrzeugs, das spätestens ab 2023 technisch in der Lage ist, auf dem geplanten Einsatzgebiet, möglichst nah den Ansprüchen an das SAE Level 4, automatisiert zu fahren und optional über eine konventionelle Steuerung mit Lenkrad und Pedalerie verfügt. Das Fahrzeug muss für eine Personenbeförderung zugelassen sein und spätestens zum Betriebsstart eine Typen- oder Einzelgenehmigung vorweisen. Der Einsatz ist im automatisierten Modus bis mindestens Ende 2022 mit einer Begleitperson im Sinne eines möglichst nahen SAE Level 3 Betriebs vorgesehen. Das Fahrzeug kann gebraucht, aber nicht älter als 2 Jahre zum Lieferzeitpunkt, sein, sofern es alle weiteren notwendigen Kriterien erfüllt.
