Le présent marché consiste en un accord-cadre de 4 ans et a pour objet la location à long terme (de 48 à 72 mois), pour des véhicules destinés aux missions policières de la Zone de Police Boraine.

De même, étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un accord-cadre, cela implique que la passation du marché ne lie pas le pouvoir adjudicateur pour la commande définitive (pas de quantité minimale ni d’exclusivité).

Le pouvoir adjudicateur ne pourra cependant pas dépasser la quantité maximale annoncée dans le présent marché, sans accord préalable de l’adjudicataire.

Le principe du présent accord-cadre est que le pouvoir adjudicateur désigne un seul adjudicataire par lot dans une première phase, sur base de prix unitaires et de quantité estimées, puis passe commande auprès de cet adjudicataire dans une deuxième phase.

La première phase a donc pour objet de déterminer l’adjudicataire pour les 4 ans sur base d’un exemple de véhicule dans un type dé...(voir documents du marché)
