Im Zuge der Sanierung Sammlungsbau wird die gesamte Heizungs- und Kältetechnik erneuert. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über Fernwärme, die Wärmeeinbringung über Heizkörper und Heizdecken. Zudem wird Wärme für Lüftungsanlagen bereitgestellt. Die Kälteerzeugung erfolgt über Kältemaschinen und Grundwassernutzung, die Kälteeinbringung über Umluftkühlgeräte und Kühldecken. Zudem wird Kälte für die Lüftungs-/Klimaanlagen bereitgestellt. Die Arbeiten müssen mit Fremdgewerken koordiniert werden.

Hauptmassen:

— Rohrleitung, Stahl bis DN200: ca. 20 000 m;

— Armaturen bis DN 200: ca. 600 St.;

— Heizkörper: ca. 300 St.;

— Deckensegel Heizung/Kühlung: ca. 100 St.;

— Umluftkühlgeräte: ca. 60 St.;

— Pufferspeicher: ca. 5 St.;

— Pumpen: ca. 90 St.;

— Kältemaschinen: 3 St.;

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Einbringöffnungen im Bereich der Rampe Westseite bis hin zur Heizzentrale im 1.UG Westtrakt wurden seitens des Hochbaus nicht in der erforderlichen Größe, die im Zuge der Planung von den Architekten angegeben wurden, hergestellt. Somit waren die bestehenden Einbringöffnungen zu klein für die Einbringung der Pufferspeicher Heizung. Durch aufwendige Anpassungen an der Fertigungszeichnung der Pufferspeicher und anschließender Festlegung der veränderten Verrohrung vor Ort konnte es ermöglicht werden, dass die bestehenden Einbringöffnungen nicht vergrößert werden müssen und die Pufferspeicher dennoch eingebracht werden konnten.
