The works that are the subject of this investment are placed in the hydro graphical area Bega-Timis-Caras on Bega water channel, area of the Sanmihaiul Roman village, at approximately 950 m upstream from Sinmihai Bridge over the canal, in front of the Km 28 +200 on the dike left bank measured from Serbian border. The investment does not foresee new constructions, most of the proposed work being for repairing, consolidation and replacement of some constructive elements that are damaged or being in an advanced degradation status.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Banat River Basin Administration is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the detail design and construction for the redevelopment of the hydrotechnical knot Sanmihaiul Roman.

Technical design will be provided, with all required permits, in no more than 2 months from signing the contract.

The investment does not foresee new constructions, most of the proposed work being for reappearing consolidation and replacement of some constructive elements that are damaged on being in an advanced degradation statues.

The designed works are foreseen to be executed in 5 stages, including the land restorations after woks finishing.

Phase 1: deviation of waters through the lock and putting the weir dam to dry*;

Phase 2: rehabilitation of weir dam**;

Phase 3: placing the lock to dry;

Phase 4: rehabilitation lock;

Phase 5: Island restoration***.

* The proposed works to be realized in the first stage were realized and receptioned.

These consisted of realizing a discharge sill in order to ensure the transit in good conditions for the entire operating flows through the lock canal during the entire period of dam rehabilitation works. In the meantime a part of the necessary accesses were realized, the temporary bridge over the lock to permit the access to the island and the access road on the island to realize the works of placing the lock to dry. These are going to be subsequently decommissioned during this program.

** Rehabilitation of the dam and exploitation constructions has to be designed in this program and will be executed in other financing program.

*** Restoration of the island landscape has to be designed in this program and will be executed in other financing program.

The technical proposal will contain all the information and proves the tenderer considers necessary in order to motivate his tender. The tender must persuade the contracting authority in case of assignment, the tenderer has enough resources and necessary experience to realize the contract afferent the present public acquisition.

In order to select the corresponding tender please provide for the design service the list of main design services realized in the last 3 years, in order to result that it has similar technical experience (at least 1 design project for designing the technical works and mechanisms).

Attached will be certificate/documents issued or signed by the Authority or the client/beneficiary.

In order to evaluate the respecting of the requested demands for the works execution a list of works executed over the last 5 years will be presented in order to result that works have been executed at the level of least one contract — maximum 3 contracts (works in the field of hydro-technical constructions) similar as complexity and utility, their value/cumulate value has been the minimum estimated value of the works component afferent to present contract, respective the sum of 4 220 165,61 EUR excluding VAT .The constructor has executed at least 3 works in the field of hydro-technical constructions.

The constructor has executed at least one work in the field of hydro-technical constructions including hydro-mechanical equipments mounting, similar regarding complexity and utility.
