III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

Tiekėjas, uždelsęs pristatyti prekes, nepakeitęs prekių kitomis, kokybiškomis ir reikalavimus atitinkančiomis prekėmis sutartyse nurodytais terminais, nuo sekančios dienos už kiekvieną uždelstą dieną moka 1 proc. iki 5 vėlavimo dienos, nuo 6 iki 10 vėlavimo dienos – 3 proc., nuo 11 iki 20 vėlavimo dienos – 5 proc. dydžio delspinigius nuo nepristatytų arba nepakeistų Prekių sumos (be PVM).

Pirkėjui ilgalaikės pagrindinės sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu daugiau nei 5 kartus nustačius, jog pristatytos prekės yra nekokybiškos, neatitinkančios prekių kokybę nustatančių Sutarčių reikalavimų, pirkėjas turi teisę skirti 3500(1POD) / 4500(2POD) / 6000(3POD) / 1000(4POD) / 1000(5POD) Eur baudą.

Tiekėjui ilgalaikės pagrindinės sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu 10 ar daugiau kartų vėluojant pristatyti arba pakeisti nekokybiškas prekes kitomis, kokybiškomis ir reikalavimus atitinkančiomis prekėmis, pirkėjas turi teisę skirti 3500(1POD) / 4500(2POD) / 6000(3POD) / 1000(4POD) / 1000(5POD) Eur baudą.
