The aim of this tender is to conclude a service contract for daily and periodic cleaning work for the (non-nuclear) areas and buildings of the JRC in Petten with the objective of signing a manageable cleaning contract, based on a best-effort work programme.

Daily cleaning mainly concerns regular cleaning work for the various office buildings, laboratories, storage spaces and technical rooms.

Periodic cleaning mainly concerns cleaning work for the performance of services such as: window cleaning, floor maintenance, cleaning of solar panels and other specific items.
