The support services are executed at the supplier’s premises except for inspection services requested on the ITER Site in Cadarache, France, or in the Neutral Beam Test Facility (NBTF) in Padua, ITALY.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The objective of services defined in this framework contract is to provide support in the field of CE Marking Directives application to EUDA in-kind items procured for the ITER project and other areas of Regulatory Compliance. The services included in specific contracts provide support to F4E project teams and F4E equipment/assembly suppliers in ensuring compliance with CE marking requirements through analysis of the EUDA in-kind equipment/assemblies for EU CE Marking Directives applicability and verification of CE certification. This work is part of the support to be assured to F4E teams according to F4E CE marking.
