Contract description
This operation will fund technical assistance services for a project aimed at supporting the Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) with the objective to provide its customers with quality, cost effective and efficient water supply and wastewater services by protecting the environment, with particular focus of this Project on the Greater Suva Area (GSA). The operation will consist of technical and environmental studies as well as capacity building for WAF staff.
The core team should be composed of a Team Leader, an Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) expert, an Operation & training expert and a Monitoring and Evaluation expert. The core team may be supported by non-key experts (junior/senior) as required by the assignment.

ACP-EU Partnership Agreement signed in Cotonou on 23.6.2000 as amended in Luxembourg on 25.6.2005 and in Ouagadougou on 22.6.2010; Council Regulation (EU) 2015/322 of 2.3.2015 on the implementation of the 11th European Development Fund; and Council Regulation (EU) 2015/323 of 2.3.2015 on the financial regulation applicable to the 11th European Development Fund.
