Technical Support for RES Policy Development and Implementation – Simplification of Permission and Administrative Procedures for RES Installations
The subject matter of the contract is to establish a base for the enhancement of all procedures related to the permit granting process for renewable energy installation.
The tasks will be performed on the contractor's premises. Meetings between the contractor and the Commission will be held on Commission premises in Brussels.
The subject matter of the contract is to establish a base for the enhancement of all procedures related to the permit granting process for renewable energy installation with the following sub objectives:
— mapping of the current situation for permit granting and development of relevant performance indicators,
— monitoring of the Member States on the basis of the performance indicators and identification of good practice,
— dissemination and promotion of best practice including technical or logistic assistance for the uptake,
— an outline for the optimized processes and supporting IT infrastructure that are compliant with RED II,
— a monitoring of the implementation of permit granting procedures, following the transposition of the RED II.

Tenderers may attend the meeting but be represented by a maximum of 2 representatives per tender.
