The EEA wishes to enter into a framework contract with an experienced service provider to deliver man-guarding services and other security related services as well as reception and mail internal distribution services, in order to ensure the security and safety of its premises, staff, visitors and operations enabling to fulfil its mandate.

Purchase and/or maintenance of security and access control systems are part of the scope of this competitive procedure with negotiation.

Services will be performed mainly at the EEA premises at Kongens Nytorv No 6 and 8, 1050 Copenhagen K, as well as a the contractor's own premises depending on the requirements of the order form.

The EEA considers that it will require the provision of a various range of services, such as:

— provision of maintenance and repairs of security systems and equipment and supply of security and safety consumables and equipment,

— man-guarding: protective security to the EEA premises, staff, equipment and operations,

— provision of security reception services,

— mail internal distribution services.
