The European Parliament is looking to award a public contract, with a view to ensuring the performance of collection, transport, recycling and waste treatment services in the buildings occupied by the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of the Member States of the European Union and to all natural persons, legal entities and public bodies of non-member countries which have entered into a special agreement with the European Union in the public procurement field giving them access to the contract in this invitation to tender, under the conditions laid down by this agreement.

The European Parliament will organise a mandatory site visit on its premises in Strasbourg. The date of the visit is specified in the invitation to tender documents. A maximum of two representatives per company may participate. For details of how to register for the site visit, please refer to the conditions for submitting a tender.
The contracting authority's decision may be contested within two months from the date of publication of the outcome of the procedure, either by unsuccessful tenderers or by the natural persons or legal entities who are directly and individually affected by this decision, even if they are not the addressee thereof.
