Zusätzliche Erdarbeiten und Herstellen von Anrampungen im Westtrakt und zusätzliche Rohbauarbeiten im Bereich der Blitzschutzanlage Westtrakt 1.UG.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Durch neue Erkenntnisse wurden weitere DSV Arbeiten erforderlich. Da die regulären DSV-Arbeiten bereits abgeschlossen und die Baustelleneinrichtung entfernt wurden aber ein nahtloser Fortgang der Arbeiten stattfinden musste, wurde ein weiterer Einsatz des Erdbauers, inkl. neuer Baustelleinrichtung nötig war um eine Anrampung im Westtrakt zu erstellen, damit die DSV-Arbeiten ausgeführt werden konnten. Erst durch die Abbrucharbeiten im Bestand wurde bekannt, dass abweichend von den Bestandsunterlagen die Bodenplatten imUG aus einer Vielzahl an Einzelplatten besteht und eine Perimeterdämmung aufweist. Die Ausführung der Blitzschutzanlage wird damit wesentlich umfangreicher und aufwendiger. Insbesondere müssen die Einzelplatten der Bodenplatte miteinander verbunden und eine zweite Ebene für den Ringerder angelegt werden.
