Die Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg (HSU/UniBw H) beforscht unter Einbeziehung weiterer Projektpartner die Annahme und Auswirkungen der Verfügbarkeit von OpenLabs in der Hamburger Metropolregion. Es handelt sich dabei um öffentlich zugängliche Produktionswerkstätten mit digitaler und quelloffener Fertigungsinfrastruktur, wie z.B. 3D-Drucker, CNC-Fräsen. Die HSU/UniBw H beabsichtigt zu diesem Zweck einen Auftragnehmer mit der Bereitstellung eines entsprechend geeigneten Fahrzeugs sowie den Betrieb des OpenLab mobile nach näherer Maßgabe der Leistungsbeschreibung vom 01.01.2023 bis 31.12.2024 zu beauftragen.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Die HSU/UniBw H plant im Rahmen des dtec.bw-Projekts "FabCity" gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Partnern im Hamburger Stadtgebiet sowie in der Metropolregion Hamburg neben mehreren statische sog. "OpenLabs" auch ein mobiles "OpenLab" (OpenLab mobile) aufzubauen, die als Reallabore der Erforschung der Möglichkeiten einer nachhaltigen urbanen Produktion dienen sollen. Es handelt sich dabei jeweils um öffentlich zugängliche Produktionswerkstätten mit digitaler und quelloffener Fertigungsinfrastruktur, wie z.B. 3D-Drucker, CNC-Fräsen. Das OpenLab mobile soll es ermöglichen, Menschen im Hamburger Stadtgebiet und der Metropolregion Hamburg möglichst unmittelbar an ihren Aufenthaltsorten zu erreichen und auf diese Weise ein niedrigschwelliges Angebot zum Kennenlernen der OpenLab-Idee sowie zum Sammeln erster praktischer Erfahrungen zu machen. Dazu sind insbesondere Schulen, Unternehmen und weitere größere Einrichtungen als wechselnde Standorte für das OpenLab mobile ebenso vorgesehen wie z.B. Messen oder Kongresse.
