Contract for Networking Activities in Support of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)
The subject matter of the contract is to provide the European Commission with technical assistance during the preparation and implementation of networking activities in support of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the 2021-2027 programming period.
Design and Implementation of CSP
Rue de Loi 130, Wetstraat 130, B-1049 Brussels, BELGIUM.
Support for networking concerning the design and implementation of CAP strategic plans.
Maximum eight renewals of 12 months each.
The estimated total maximum amount for each renewal is EUR 4 000 000.00.

Innovation and Knowledge Exchange
Support for networking activities focusing on specifically targeting innovation and knowledge exchange — EIP-AGRI.
The estimated total maximum amount for each renewal is EUR 2 700 000.00.
Performance Measurement and Analysis
Support for performance measurement and analysis of the CAP — European Evaluation Helpdesk for the CAP.
Maximum eight renewals.
The estimated total maximum amount for each renewal is EUR 4 000 000.00 on the basis of a 12 months contract.
Logistical and Communication Support
Logistical and communication support for networking activities.
The estimated total maximum amount for each renewal is EUR 3 500 000.00 including EUR 1 000 000 for the reimbursable costs related to networking activities.

The estimated total value of the contract referred to in sections II.1.5) and II.2.6) of the present notice shall be considered as a maximum amount. As a result, tenders exceeding it will be rejected. Prices shall be all inclusive: the European Commission will not pay expenses for any additional costs incurred from the execution of the contract.
