Interim Staff for Protocol Dining Room Activities
The EIB provides catering for the management committee and their visitors in the dining rooms as well for events taking place in the bank’s premises and needs therefore experienced and well trained service staff to guarantee the high quality of the bank’s catering offer.
EIB Group premises in LUXEMBOURG.
The service providers are expected to provide highly-qualified and trained interim staff in 2 categories: Maître d’hôtel and Chef de Rang to welcome and serve EIB’s guests in our dining rooms in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, upon written request.
Multiple framework agreements of 3 years (which may be tacitly renewed for a further 1 year period up to a maximum of 4 years in total).

Section IV: Procedure
Tenders will be opened in a non-public procedure. Upon written request to the EIB (see Section I.1), the written record of the opening of tenders will be provided to economic operators who submitted a tender.

Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge.
