1) Täiendava informatsiooni saamiseks hanke kohta esitada kirjalikud küsimused riigihangete registri vahendusel, olles selleks eelnevalt registreerunud konkreetse hanke juurde. Kirjalikuks pöördumiseks loetakse ainult riigihangete registri vahendusel esitatud küsimused.
2) Kui edukal pakkujal ei ole püsivat tegevuskohta Eesti Vabariigis ja hankija peab seetõttu tasuma ostetavalt kaubalt/teenuselt pöördkäibemaksu, sõlmitakse hankeleping ilma käibemaksuta müügihinnaga ja tarneklausliga DDP, välja arvatud EV käibemaks.
3) Hankemenetluses osalejal ei ole õigust nõuda hanke korraldajalt pakkumuse tegemisega seotud kulude korvamist.
4) Iga viidet, mille hankija teeb käesolevas dokumendis mõnele riigihangete seaduse § 88 lg 2 nimetatud alusele kui pakkumuse tehnilisele kirjeldusele vastavuse kriteeriumile, tuleb lugeda selliselt, et see on täiendatud märkega „või sellega samaväärne".
