Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund der Notwendigkeit der Brandwandsanierung mussten bereits fertig gestellte Vorsatzschalen und Wärmedämmung demontiert und nach der Sanierung erneut erstellt werden. Im Nachtrag sind auch der Materialtransport und die Entsorgung des Bauschutts enthalten. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
