House of European History — Maintenance of the permanent exhibition and related services
Maintenance of principally all exhibition elements including the day-to-day-operation of the permanent exhibition and related activities. The purpose of the maintenance services is to assure the functioning of the permanent exhibition and the Family Trail exhibition by ensuring a high standard maintenance of all exhibition equipment thus minimizing the possible downtime.
House of European History — Brussels, Belgium.
The contract shall cover the following services:
1. daily technical operation;
2. preventive maintenance;
3. ad-hoc services;
a. corrective maintenance;
b. updates of elements of the permanent exhibition and related services;
c. general assistance outside opening hours.
The contract shall be renewed tacitly on an annual basis, but its duration may not exceed 7 years from the date of its entry into force as specified in the preceding paragraph, unless one of the parties objects thereto by registered letter sent at least 3 months before the expiry of the initial duration or before each annual renewal date.
