Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Leistungen sind erforderlich aufgrund von Änderungen der Lichtkuppelanlagen auf den Dachflächen DF1a und Dach SVB. Auf Grund rechtlich verbindlicher Forderungen aus ArbSchG, ArbStättV und BauStell V müssen Verkehrswege auf dem Dach nach DIN-Vorschriften dauerhaft gegen Durchsturz geschützt werden. Eine Absturzsicherung mit Klappgeländer ist hier keine Alternative da die zu wartenden Motoren von oben zu tätigen sind und bei Prüfung der Anlage die Person im geöffneten RWA Zustand durch diese fallen würde.
