II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Enontekiön Hettaan rakennetaan monitoimitalo, jossa toimijoina ovat Enontekiön kunta sekä optioina Enontekiön seurakunta sekä Lapin Sairaanhoitopiiri sekä muut terveydenhuollon palvelut.

Enontekiön kunnan osalta rakennukseen sijoittuu 20 kpl tehostettua palveluasuntoa sekä 10 kpl palveluasuntoa oheistoimintoineen ja –tiloineen. Enontekiön seurakunta sijoittaisi rakennukseen uuden seurakuntakodin sekä kirkkoherranviraston tilat. Lapin sairaanhoitopiirin ja muiden terveydenhuollon palveluiden osalta rakennukseen sijoittuisi terveydenhuollontilat, työterveys- ja laboratoriopalvelut sekä ensihoidontilat.
