Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund der geringen Betonüberdeckung der Bewehrung musste eine Brandschutzertüchtigung erfolgen. Diese Leistung war im Auftragsleistungsverzeichnis nicht enthalten. Die Leistung kommt im Kern 5 in allen Zwischengeschossen zur Ausführung. Brandschutzbekleidung als Kastenform, Brandschutzbekleidung dem Träger folgend, Brandschutzbekleidung Stahlbetonträger, Zulage für Wand- und Deckenanschlüsse, Exausbildung als verzahnte Verbindung. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers konnte aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
