Justification:

Considérant que l'évolution de la pandémie n'est que difficilement prévisible, l'acquisition d’auto-tests antigéniques garantira la flexibilité et offrira une marge de manœuvre permettant de réagir adéquatement en cas d'un besoin spécifique, notamment pour contrôler des chaines de transmissions dans le contexte d'une évolution difficilement prévisible. L'objectif est de réduire, en cas de besoin, la propagation du virus immédiate par une intervention massive sur le pays entier, au lieu de mettre en place de nouvelles restrictions.
