Die Ausführungsplanung wurde vollständig durch einen Nachunternehmer des AN Bau MHEL erbracht. Die Planänderungen können wirtschaftlich nicht durch einen Dritten erbracht werden, da hierfür umfangreiche Projektkenntnisse aus der Ausführungsplanung erforderlich sind.
