III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: for the contract referred to in this invitation to tender, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers to have a minimum financial and economic capacity, which shall be assessed on the basis of the following:
— average annual turnover of at least 100 000 EUR over the past 3 financial years.
This capacity will be assessed on the basis of:
— copy of balance sheets, or summaries thereof, and profit and loss accounts for the past 3 financial years, together with a copy of any reports from the board of directors and external auditors, if available, relating to said financial years. If, for a valid reason substantiated by supporting documents, the candidate is unable to provide them, he must enclose a solemn declaration stating the annual profits after tax for the past 3 financial years.
III.2.3)Technical capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
for the contract referred to in this invitation to tender, the Court of Justice of the European Union requires tenderers or economic operators (for a grouping tendering jointly or for subcontracting) to prove a minimum level of capacity as follows:
— over the past 3 years they must have provided at least 20 smoking booths,
— they must have at least 3 years' experience in providing 'all-purpose' maintenance in the smoking booth field.
Economic operators' technical and professional capacity shall be proven by:
— list of principal deliveries of smoking booths made over the past 3 years. For each delivery, the tenderer must give details of the number of smoking booths supplied, the value (if not confidential), the date and the public or private customer (if not confidential),
— list of the principal 'all-purpose' maintenance services in the smoking booth field provided over the past 3 years. For each service provided, the tenderer must give the number of smoking booths involved.
