A maintenance contract will be signed with a service provider that includes licenses with the SMTP Gateway. The contract will provide the opportunity to establish multiple virtual appliances with additional costs.

When the contracts come into force, the licenses will cover approx. 85 000 users and there will be access for the client to be able to add or subtract at any time during the contract period.

It is desirable to have tenders for different maintenance periods with a duration of respectively 1, 2 or 3 years.
