The EIB issues this call for tenders with the intention to award a Service Contract for the provision of Central Document Scanning Services and Equipment for the EIB Group. The Service Provider will provide human resources and leased equipment to the EIB Group for the duration of the Service Contract, as follows:
Human resources:
— 1 IT Expert and External Staff Team Leader,
— 1 IT Expert,
— 2 Scanning Centre Assistant Manager and Quality Management Operator,
— 3 Scanning Centre Operator.
For each of the above resources, the Service Provider will also provide a back-up (see more details in the Technical tender Specifications).
Leased equipment:
— 1 Book Scanner,
— 2 Flatbed Scanner,
— 9 Mid-Volume Production Scanner,
— 1 Large Format Scanner,
— 1 Capture Software.
