Die Blechummantelung in Bereichen mit Sichtinstallationen war nicht im LV enthalten. Die Entscheidung zur Verblechung wurde nach Fertigstellung der Dämmarbeiten getroffen, da die sichtbare Dämmung nicht den optischen Ansprüchen gerecht wurde. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
