Για τη συμμετοχή στην παρούσα διαγωνιστική διαδικασία, δεν απαιτούνται ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά, αναφορικά με την οικονομική και χρηματοοικονομική επάρκεια.

III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

Όσον αφορά στην τεχνική και επαγγελματική ικανότητα για την παρούσα διαδικασία σύναψης σύμβασης, οι οικονομικοί φορείς απαιτείται:

α) να διαθέτουν μόνιμα οργανωμένο τμήμα τεχνικής υποστήριξης και service, καθώς και κατάλληλα εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό, με πιστοποιητικό εκπαίδευσης και εξουσιοδότηση αυτού από τον μητρικό κατασκευαστικό οίκο για την συντήρηση των αντίστοιχων μηχανημάτων. Να αναφερθεί αναλυτικά στην τεχνική προσφορά προκειμένου να αξιολογηθεί, η πόλη όπου εδρεύει το συνεργείο συντήρησης, η σύνθεση του προσωπικού του, τα τυπικά του προσόντα κ.λπ.. Οι επιχειρήσεις που δεν διαθέτουν τεχνικό τμήμα στην Βόρεια ΕΛΛΑΔΑ, οφείλουν να εκθέτουν στην προσφορά τους τον τρόπο με τον οποίο μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν άμεσα στις εκάστοτε ανακύπτουσες ανάγκες. Ασάφειες ή αοριστίες ως προς τον αριθμό, προσόντα, εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού, τους όρους εγγυήσεων ή την συντήρηση, την προσέλευση – επίσκεψη συντήρησης / βλαβών κ.λπ., δεν θα γίνεται δεκτή και θα απορρίπτεται.

Τέλος, ο υποψήφιος προμηθευτής εγγυάται να εξασφαλίσει την ύπαρξη αμεταχείριστων και πιστοποιημένων από τον κατασκευαστικό οίκο ανταλλακτικών, και κύρια τη διάθεση αυτών, καθώς και των αντίστοιχων κατάλληλων υλικών, για πλήρη λειτουργία και απόδοση του εξοπλισμού επί δέκα (10) τουλάχιστον συνολικά έτη από την οριστική παραλαβή αυτού·

β) με την τεχνική προσφορά συνυποβάλλεται υποχρεωτικά πλήρης κατάλογος, στον οποίο αναφέρονται οι κυριότερες παραδόσεις παρόμοιων ή ίδιων μηχανημάτων που έχουν εγκατασταθεί στην ΕΛΛΑΔΑ την τελευταία τριετία (3 έτη), η αξία τους, οι ημερομηνίες παραγγελίας, παράδοσης και οι τυχόν υποχρεώσεις παράδοσης, καθώς και οι παραλήπτες (δημοσίου ή ιδιωτικού τομέα). Στην περίπτωση που ο παραλήπτης ανήκει στον δημόσιο τομέα, οι παραδόσεις αποδεικνύονται με σχετικά έγγραφα της αρμόδιας Υπηρεσίας, στα οποία θα αναφέρεται και η εμπρόθεσμη ή μη παράδοση των υλικών. Στην περίπτωση που ο παραλήπτης ανήκει στον ιδιωτικό τομέα, οι παραδόσεις βεβαιώνονται από αυτόν ή εάν τούτο δεν είναι δυνατόν, δηλώνονται υπεύθυνα από τον προμηθευτή. Στον ίδιο κατάλογο διευκρινίζεται αν τα μηχανήματα αυτά συντηρούνται από συνεργείο του προμηθευτή και από πότε.
