Uit oogpunt van veilige toepassing van medische technologie is het ongewenst om verschillende soorten/merken aan apparatuur aan te schaffen. Dit in ogenschouw nemend, in combinatie met een technische levensduur van de toestellen van minimaal 7 jaar en een systeemgarantie door de leverancier van minimaal 10 jaar, is gekozen voor een contractduur van 4 jaar met een optie voor verlenging van 3x1jaar.
