Procedura aperta per la conclusione di un accordo quadro per la fornitura di dispositivi di protezione individuale per la durata complessiva di sette mesi e per le esigenze di questa azienda ospedaliero–universitaria consorziale Policlinico di Bari e pediatrico Giovanni XXIII. Gara suddivisa in lotti da stipularsi ai sensi dell’art. 54, comma 4, lett. a) del D.Lgs. 18.4.2016, n. 50. L'accordo quadro sarà concluso, per ogni lotto, con i tre operatori economici i cui prodotti saranno giudicati conformi, secondo i termini e le condizioni dedotte negli atti di gara, senza riaprire il confronto competitivo. L'individuazione dell'operatore economico dell'accordo quadro che effettuerà la prestazione, tra i tre aggiudicatari, avverrà in base al miglior prezzo unitario offerto e alle quantità disponibili nei tempi di consegna (entro 8 gg, 15 gg e 50 gg). Non sarà prevista alcuna percentuale minima di fornitura per primo, secondo e terzo aggiudicatario.
