1. Участниците да имат изпълнени дейности с предмет, идентичен или сходен с този на поръчката, през последните 3 (три) години, считано от датата на подаване на офертата.

Доказателства за съответствие:

Списък на доставките, които са идентични или сходни с предмета на обществената поръчка, с посочване на стойностите, датите и получателите, заедно с документи, които доказват извършената доставка.

2. Участниците да прилагат системи за управление на качеството.

Доказателство за съответствие: Валиден сертификат БДС EN ISO 9001:2015 или еквивалентен с обхват производство и/или доставка, дистрибуция и/или продажба, както и поддръжка на компютърна и/или периферна техника.

При подаване на оферта съответствието с критериите за подбор се декларира в ЕЕДОП.

Доказателствата се представят при условията на чл. 67, ал. 5 и чл. 112, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

1. Участниците трябва да имат поне една изпълнена дейност, идентична или сходна с предмета на настоящата поръчка през последните 3 години, считано от датата на подаване на офертата.

Под „дейност, идентична или сходна с предмета на поръчката“ се разбира доставка на всякакъв вид компютърна и/или периферна техника.

Дейностите могат да са изпълнени заедно и/или поотделно, като следва да са приключени в рамките на 3-годишния период, независимо, кога са възложени.

2. Участниците да прилагат система за управление на качеството БДС EN ISO 9001:2015 или еквивалентна с обхват производство и/или доставка, дистрибуция и/или продажба, както и поддръжка на компютърна и/или периферна техника.

Възложителят ще отстранява участници, за които са налице обстоятелствата по чл. 54, ал.1 и чл. 107 от ЗОП, както и по чл. 69 от ЗПКОНПИ и чл. 3, т. 8 от Закона за икономическите и финансовите отношения с дружествата, регистрирани в юрисдикции с преференциален данъчен режим, контролираните от тях лица и техните действителни собственици.

При провеждане на процедурата се прилага чл. 104, ал.2 от ЗОП, във вр. с чл. 61 от ППЗОП.

Възложителят определя гаранция за изпълнение в размер на 5 % от стойността на договора по съответната обособена позиция без ДДС.
