The subject of this tender procedure for the award by the Foundation of a Framework Agreement for the subsequent contracting of component supplies for the maintenance of aircraft owned by Foundation Rego, which is currently: five Katana A20 aircraft, an aircraft PA28 and two DA42 aircraft.

The framework agreement has the following aims:

— Select the companies that supply materials and parts from the workshop of the described aircraft,

— select the type of parts depending on the aircraft to be maintained (manufacturer, make and model),

— to lay down the general conditions for the award and implementation of subsequent contracts based on this Framework Agreement,

— to lay down the maximum economic conditions for the undertakings to which awards are made that the services covered by this framework agreement are to be carried out.
